BELLEVUE, WA — A new luxury hotel is nearing completion in Bellevue, which will soon add more than 200 rooms across nine floors in a new 26-story mixed-use tower. The InterContinental Hotel - Bellevue at the Avenue is slated to open before the end of the year and promises to offer a luxury experience for business and leisure stays alike.The hotel is part of a distinctive two-tower development on Northeast 8th Street, next to the Hyatt Regency, just north of Bellevue Square. The lot formerly hosted Sleep Country and Cost Plus World Market.
