Downtown Bellevue's new luxury hotel will open with a slate of three high-profile restaurants. Set to open at the end of the year, the 208-room InterContinental Hotel will occupy nine floors of the two-tower Avenue Bellevue development. The hotel, from luxury hotel brand IHG Hotels & Resorts, will feature food and drink concepts from three-Michelin-star chef Joshua Skenes, Iron Chef personality and restaurateur Masaharu Morimoto and James Beard-nominee Robbie Felice. Avenue Bellevue is the 1.1 million-square-foot development underway at 10300 NE Eighth St.
